Information and Guidance
Education, Health and Care plans outline the support a child will receive in school- up until the age of 25.
These plans bring together Health, Education and Social care in one document with statutory accountability. The design of the plan ensures that all of a pupils’ needs are identified and provision put in place rather than as previously where non educational needs were often overlooked.
The SEND Code of Practice is available to download at the bottom of the page. Our school SEND Policy can be found on the policies webpage.
