We are delighted to share with you the outcome of our recent Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS). The report reflects the wonderful sense of community, care, and shared purpose that makes Worlingworth such a special place to learn and grow.
Our Christian Vision
Our vision, “Cherish All, Achieve Together,” inspired by the Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:25–37), guides every aspect of life at Worlingworth. We encourage every member of our school family to “love your neighbour” — ensuring that everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired.
SIAMS Findings
The report confirms that Worlingworth CofE Primary School is living up to its foundation as a Church school, enabling both pupils and adults to flourish. Inspectors highlighted several notable strengths, including:
· The Christian vision to cherish all and achieve together is woven throughout school life, inspiring everyone to be transformed and to transform others.
· The curriculum promotes spiritual growth, encouraging pupils to be thoughtful about what they know and excited about what they have yet to discover.
· Leaders are ambitious for every child and ensure that new pupils are warmly welcomed and supported to succeed.
· The Parable of the Good Samaritan helps pupils reflect deeply on their responsibility towards others, fostering a culture of kindness, respect, and justice.
· Religious Education is carefully structured so pupils develop strong understanding and can use religious ideas and vocabulary with confidence.
Celebration of Our School Community
The report celebrates how our Christian vision inspires every part of school life — from our rainbow values (responsibility, honesty, perseverance, co-operation, friendship, kindness, and respect) to our creative curriculum and caring ethos. It recognises how staff, governors, and the Heart of Suffolk Education Trust work closely together to ensure that all members of our school community are cherished and supported to flourish.
